At Malhar Creations, we strive to provide the best quality bridal and groom attire for your special day. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our refund and return policy below.

1. Returns Eligibility: Standard Items: We accept returns of standard, non-customized items within [Insert number of days] days from the date of delivery.

The returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. They should be in the original packaging.

6. Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized items (e.g., custom bridal or groom wear with specific measurements, custom embroidery, etc.) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective.

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase cannot be returned or refunded

7. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was shipped.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
